Breaking Cycles has built over 185+ homes for families in need in Sumpango, thanks to the partnership of donors. Families that live in inadequate housing can come to our offices to request a home and go on our waiting list. The family is required to own their own land and contribute towards their home financially and by working alongside the masons as it is being constructed. Their personal investment in their home gives the family pride in their home instead of something that was given to them for free. We have a waiting list of over 150 families in need of a home.
